Grace Choi (farawaygrace) is a Toronto-based animator and illustrator whose work is rooted in the craft of visual storytelling. A graduate of Sheridan College's Honours Bachelor of Animation program, she has worked across studio animation, children's media, and editorial illustration — with credits spanning PIP Animation, Skyship Entertainment, and Tribute Games. Her thesis film Syrinx earned the Nelvana Best Art Direction Award and was selected for the Toronto Youth Shorts and Festival l'Art en Chemin. Driven by a love of feelings, nature, and nostalgia, her practice moves fluidly between mediums while always returning to the same intention: capturing something true.
